Vaerlose thermal in-situ remediation – Site 1
Nocon Remediation is teaming with GEO at Vaerlose in the capital region of Copenhagen to clean up chlorinated groundwater pollution. Thermal in-situ remediation (electric resistance heating) is used to heat up the subsurface and to volatilize the contamination (TCE). Drilling and delineation started in April 2019 and heating/cleaning started during the summer holidays. If you are interested to follow up on the project results please contact us for further information. The Nocon/GEO team has already performed other successful projects in Denmark and Sweden.
