NOCON REMEDIATION BV QUALIFIED FOR BRL 7002 (18-08-2020) Nocon Remediation has qualified for the Dutch BRL 7002. We are allowed to perform in-situ remediation works independently. Together with the BRL 2100 we are fully equipped to perform direct push injections very effectively, both technically and financially and give you peace of mind. GENEVA THERMAL IN-SITU REMEDIATION (18-08-2020) Nocon Remediation is teaming with SOLEO at Carouge in the Geneva area in Switzerland to clean up a chorinated groundwater pollution. A thermal in-situ remediation (ERH, electric resistance heating) is used to heat up the subsurface and to volatilize the contamination (PCE). Drilling will start in the last quarter of 2020 and heating/cleaning will be finished in the 3rd quarter if 2020. VAERLOSE THERMAL IN-SITU REMEDIATION (01-06-2020) Nocon Remediation and GEO finished the remediation succesfully. The client anticipated a mass removal of 50 kg but at the end we removed 4-5 times as much; hence thermal remediation proved itself to be very effective again. A thermal in-situ remediation (electric resistance heating) is used to heat up the subsurface and to volatilize the contamination (TCE). Drilling and delineation started in April 2019 and heating/cleaning started during the summer holidays.
